In 2016, our founder, Dr. Eric Crall formed Persona Healthcare Direct to help employers leverage the direct primary care model to enhance the value of their employee health benefits, and to help other family physicians avoid burnout by adopting this model. The growing demand from employers to provide their employees with a personal, accessible primary care doctor has allowed the expansion of DPC throughout the state of Florida. Persona Healthcare Direct has more than 25 DPC providers throughout Florida who are already serving companies with over 200 employees.  It is the only physician-led community of DPC providers in Florida that specifically caters to employers to reduce the overall cost of care and give employees a simpler, smarter healthcare experience.
