Cindy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, with expertise in preventative health, wellness, chronic disease management, health coaching, and acute care. Cindy’s passion lies in educating her patients on how to maintain good health and effectively manage chronic conditions.

 Cindy resides in Central Florida with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, attending sporting events and concerts, and exploring new foods and cultures. Meeting new people and building meaningful relationships is something Cindy truly values—she believes it’s essential in helping her patients feel their best.

 Cindy earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds two bachelor’s degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Cindy is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners.
